Homeless Sleep Out

Well, we did it! Ten youth and three adults spent the night out doors. We also had two boys sleep out in the their back yard (unable to travel to Cumberland because of the bad weather). I hope everyone realize how lucky they are to have a nice warm bed to sleep in. Mrs. Taylor at the Union Rescue Mission gave a nice presentation about the Mission and the services they provide the homeless.

CONFIRMATION CLASSES IN PROCESS

If you miss a class, be sure to make arrangements with me, Annie, or Pastor to make up the missed information. Also, you will need to submit seven assignments about different church services. You might want to start working on at least one of these assignments now. Classes are  scheduled for every Sunday 4‑5:30 unless announced. Class on 1/26 will meet at 3‑4:30.

NEXT UMYF MEETING

Our next project will be a fundraiser ‑ selling Valentines. We will discuss this during the January meetings.
